WowPrints provides custom t-shirt printing and related apparel printing services. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Limit quantities or refuse orders that appear fraudulent

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by WowPrints. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Violation of intellectual property rights

Payment must be received before production begins. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Design and Intellectual Property

You warrant that any design, artwork, or content you provide:

• Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Is not defamatory, obscene, or illegal
• Does not violate any laws or regulations
• Is your original work or you have permission to use it

WowPrints reserves the right to refuse to print any design that violates these terms or contains offensive content.

5. Production and Turnaround Times

Production times are estimates and begin after payment is received and design approval is confirmed. While we strive to meet all deadlines:

• Turnaround times are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
• We will notify you of any significant delays
• Rush orders may incur additional fees

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or damaged packages (we will assist with claims)
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
• Customs delays for international shipments

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Custom printed items are non-returnable unless there's a printing error on our part
• We guarantee satisfaction and will make it right for any printing errors
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowPrints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
